She will lead Miami's next decade.
She is looking to learn from the women already doing it. Power Hour is recruiting industry mentors — women who have done the work, navigated the rooms, and want her to inherit the map.
What we ask of youOctober through May
- 1 onboarding workshop. 90 minutes, September. Required.
- 7 team huddles. 30 minutes, virtual. Week before each Saturday for session prep. Required.
- 7 Saturday workshops. 5 hours, in-person. October, November, January through May.
- 7 monthly mentee calls. 45 minutes, virtual. One per workshop month.
Onboarding and huddles are required. Saturday workshops and mentee calls have flexibility built in.
What she leaves withBecause of your partnership
- Exposure to your industry. The calls you take, the rooms you walk, the moves you weigh. The thing she cannot Google.
- Hands-on experience. Real briefs, real deliverables, real accountability. Not a school project.
- 18 named workforce skills. Scaffolded across 4 years and pressure-tested in your sessions.
- A paid summer internship in Year 3. On her resume before she finishes high school.
She walks out of high school knowing what she is worth.
